Abstract:
 The United States of America is leading the world in many aspects, but there are many severe problems behind the boom, such as terrorism, the issue of feminism, the racial problems and so on. After the Civil War, the racial problems have gained the closest attention all over the world. Although the Afri-Americans have got the freedom in law, their legal rights and social status are not in the same level with the whites. This thesis mainly refers to the racial problems in American education, which are the great evolution of the Afro-American education and the impacts of the development on Afri-Americans. The thesis takes some definite examples to demonstrate the great evolution of the Afro-American education and the impacts on Afri-Americans of the development. This thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is about the brief introduction to the structures of the paper and the writer’s writing purpose. The second part describes the great evolution of the Afro-American education before the 20th century and that in the 20th century, so it can be seen that the Afri-Americans don’t share the same rights with the whites in education, although the black people have achieved great success in the development of their education. The third part, the main body of the thesis shows that the great evolution of the Afro-American education has far-reaching impacts on Afri-Americans, also shows that the Afri-Americans unite to struggle successfully for themselves. The fourth part shows the racialism status quo in America and puts forward some measures to eliminate racial discrimination on the basis of the great evolution. The last part comes to the conclusion that the success in education is just one weak aspect of racial discrimination and segregation, so all the Afri-Americans should hold up together and continue to make efforts to improve themselves from many aspects. Only if their social status is elevated indeed, racial discrimination and segregation could be abolished actually.

摘  要：
如今美国在很多方面都领先世界，但是在它繁荣的背后却存在着诸多隐患，恐怖主义﹑女权主义﹑种族主义问题在美国都很严重。在美国内战之后，尽管黑人在法律上得到了自由，但是他们应得的的合法权利和社会地位却和白人不处于同一水平。本文主要涉及美国教育中的种族问题。文章采用了具体的一些实例来阐述美国黑人教育的发展及其对美国黑人产生了广泛的影响。本文主要分为五个部分：第一部分主要是介绍文章的大体结构及作者的写作目的。第二部分主要是介绍美国黑人教育的发展情况，从中可以看出尽管黑人教育发展迅速，但是黑人并没有享受到与白人相同教育的权利。第三部分是文章的主体部分，展示了美国黑人教育的发展对黑人产生了深刻的影响。黑人逐渐团结起来为了自己的权利去斗争。第四部分介绍了美国种族主义的现状并在黑人教育发展的基础上提出了一些消除种族歧视的措施。文章的最后一部分得出结论黑人教育的发展只是种族歧视减弱的一个方面，因此黑人应该继续团结起来不断斗争，努力从各个方面提高自身素质，只有自身的社会地位提高了，种族歧视与种族隔离才会彻底的消除。
