摘要：

随着信息全球化快速发展，来自不同地区和文化背景的人交流越来越频繁。跨文化交际已成为当今世界的一个重要特性。本文在跨文化语用失误的理论概述的基础上，分析语用失误的表现，主要表现为语音、词汇、语法三个层面的语用失误，探讨语用失误的原因，主要是文化、价值观及思维模式差异的原因，并进一步提出减少语用失误的措施，主要包括学生真实氛围的体验和外语教学与文化等方面的对策建议等内容。

Abstract:

With the rapid informatization and globalization of the world, people from different regions and cultural backgrounds communicate with each other more and more frequently. Based on summary of cross-cultural pragmatic failure theories, this paper analyses the manifestations of pragmatic failures mainly from three aspects: pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar. And then it explores the causes of pragmatic failure and further puts forward measures to reduce the pragmatic failure. Finally,  Suggestions have been given from the perspective of foreign language teaching and culture.

1. Introduction
    Intercultural communication has been defined as communication between people from different cultures.There usually exists communicative breakdown because both sides of communication commit pragmatic failure owing to cultural differences. Pragmatics is a subject dealing with the use of language scientifically. Cross-cultural Pragmatic Failure is a relatively new branch of pragmatics.
