摘要
随着经济全球化的深入,语言服务与本地化翻译在国内快速发展。当前翻译人才培养无法满足翻译市场的需求,而国内学者对于本地化翻译的研究相对滞后。本文从宏观视角探讨传统翻译、本地化与语言服务的概念与三者关系。
语言服务的高速发展使当前翻译行业的发展都发生许多改变,例如翻译的对象、生产方式、标准等,从而对翻译人才的要求也正在发生改变。我国翻译人才的培养模式与复杂多样的翻译业务严重脱节,主要问题存在于教学模式的刻板、师资力量的薄弱、课程设置不合理等方面。在新时代下,我国翻译人才培养要根据社会发展的需要、翻译专业的特点在我国已有的培养实践经验的指导下,进一步改革创新培养模式。
在综合国内外相关学者研究实践的基础上,力求为本地化翻译人才的培养提出建议与方向,例如:改革高校课程,创新教学模式,注重校企合作等。
