摘要

随着社会经济与科学的飞速发展，全球化已然成为当今世界一个不可逆转的趋势。在全球化的进程中，人与人之间信息文化的交流显得尤为重要。人与人之间的沟通不外乎两种方式，第一种是有声交流，即通过语言传递信息；第二种则是无声的，非言语的交流。需要通过非言语行为，即体态语来完成。虽然体态语先于文字和会话语言出现，但体态语交际作为跨文化交际中非常重要的一个环节，其重要性时常为人们所忽视。美国心理学家艾伯特·梅拉比恩曾提出，信息的传达效果=7%的文字+38%的音调+55%的面部表情。通过这个公式，我们不难发现，非言语行为在信息的传递中占有至关重要的地位。

霍夫斯泰德的文化维度理论是我们现在能够进行跨文化交际的理论框架。它通过一个结构分析，将其中的相关因素一一讨论，然后得到这样一个结论：某一特定的文化对其成员的价值观，以及该价值过对于其行为的作用之间，存在着相互联系。文化维度理论对于体态语在跨文化交际中的应用有着重要的研究意义。体态语和文化具有相关性，绝大部分体态语都来源于文化的影响。体态语和文化相辅相成、相互影响。不同文化对于交流有着不同的言语规范，以及体语。特定文化的体态语是该文化的镜子。体态语具有文化约束性和文化导向性。

本文重点探讨了体态语及其在跨文化交际中的应用，旨在引起更多人对体态语乃至整个非语言行为体系的关注和研究，使我们在跨文化交际中避免行为失误和交际上的误解与冲突，提高我们自身的跨文化交际能力，并且将体态语完美的运用于跨文化交际活动中。
