摘要

神话是远古人民对自然及文化现象的理解，神话的产生既基于现实，又结合了当时人民的想象力。古希腊文明作为西方文明的代表，是西方文化的摇篮， 而希腊罗马神话是古希腊文化的瑰宝。太阳提供给人类最需要的光和热，其重要性在各个民族的神话传说中均有体现。在希腊罗马神话中，太阳神是强大的并且是重要的。然而，由于希腊神话历史悠久，在公元前五世纪后，太阳神“赫利俄斯”和艺术神“阿波罗”相混淆。本文通过对希腊罗马神话中的太阳神形象进行剖析，具体说明希腊罗马神话中的太阳神，其在希腊罗马神话中的地位及其意义，以及人们对太阳神的印象趋向阿波罗的原因。作为一个历史悠久的国家，中国同样拥有有关太阳的神。通过分析希腊罗马神话和中国神话中的太阳神形象的异同，可以帮助我们了解到两种文明中的独特特征。
