Abstract:
 With the development of economy and technology, social life changes very rapidly. Language is the most important way to communicate with each other. People from all over the world are eager to find a fast and easy language to reflect this complicated society. They always try their best to dispel negative language transfer for the perfection in communication, and advance positive language transfer for it. Language transfer includes phonetics transfer. This paper is meant to help the Chinese English learners to overcome the phonetics transfer of mother tongue by comparing and analyzing phonetic features of Chinese and English language, such as phoneme, tone, intonation, stress and liaison. The writer of this paper attempts to study the effects of transfer, namely, the influence of similarities and differences between the L1 (Chinese) and the L2 (English ) pronounce patterns by Chinese learners and how the effects of transfer change as learners become more proficient in the target language. Chinese and English belong to two kinds of long history of language. Each has its mature phonetic system. Therefore, Chinese students are influenced by the native language, these positive effects can inspire and guide students, but the negative effects even mislead students. Many students often encounter difficulties in learning English pronunciation due to the influence of native language phonetics and lack of training system in China. The habit of Chinese pronunciation can lead students to all kinds of mistakes in vowels and consonants,stress and tone and intonation, etc. This thesis aims to make students understand these phenomena and put forward three suggestions for English learners to master English better.

摘要:
随着经济,技术,社会生活的迅速发展。语言成为了最重要的互相沟通的方式。来自世界各地的人们都渴望找到一个快速简便的语言来彼此交流。他们总是尽量消除语言的负迁移,促进语言的正转移。语言迁移包含了语音迁移。本文的目的是帮助中国的英语学习者克服来自语音的迁移。通过比较和分析中文和英语的语音功能,音调和衔接。本文作者试图研究迁移的影响,比较英语与中文相同和不同的发音模式,以而使学习者更加熟练的掌握目标语言。汉语和英语作为两种历史悠久的语言,都各自有其发展成熟的语音系统,因此,中国学生学习英语语音常常会受到母语的影响,积极的影响可以启发引导学生,然而消极的影响也有起到误导作用。我国不少学生在英语中,由于母语的影响和缺乏对英语语音的系统训练,经常会碰到英语语音学习上的困难。汉语的发音习惯会使学生在学习元音,辅音,重音,节奏和语调的等方面的时候,产生各式各样的错误。本论文的目的是使学生在正确认识这些现象的基础上,从作者提出的三个方面建议更好的掌握英语。
