摘  要

在世界经济一体化的背景下,全球贸易和商务活动也是随之频繁。在国家间的商业活动中,商务英语信函作为一种经常被使用并且十分有效的沟通交流方式,极大地推进的国际贸易的快速发展。一封得当的商务英语信函不仅关系着贸易双方能否顺畅地沟通,更是直接影响到生意的达成。
为了探讨如何能够写出一封得体的商务英语信函,本文主要对商务信函中的7C原则进行阐释和分析,即礼貌,体贴,完整,清晰,简洁,具体,准确的7个原则。通过例证来分析7C原则在商务英语信函中的特点,重要性和运用技巧。
通过详尽的分析,作者希望可以帮助提高商务信函的写作技巧,最终在国际贸易中获得更多的机会。

Abstract

 With the development of world economic integration, international trade and business activities are also getting prosperous. Business English correspondence in Commercial activities between the countries, as a frequently used and very effective way of communication, greatly promotes the rapid development of international trade. A proper business English correspondence not only involves communication, but also affects the fulfillment of the business.
In order to explore how to write a decent business English correspondence, this paper mainly analyzes “7C” Principles of business English correspondence: courtesy, consideration, completeness, clarity, conciseness, concreteness, and correctness.
With the detailed analysis, the author hopes to improve writing skills, and finally have more chances in international trade.

1 Introduction
With the expansion of economic globalization and the development of transnational corporations, the cooperation and transactions between China and other countries are in a great boom. China, which is the leading exporter and the biggest trade market in the world, is conducting an enormous changing with the world. As the common and primary way of business communication, business correspondence plays an exceedingly important part in trade activities and does a considerable contribution to the promotion of international transaction and business. For those companies, Business correspondence can not only convey the products and services’ information, but also does a great help to maintain and intensify the collaborations with our business partners.
