摘要

在中国改革开放的三十年中，中国正在快速的融入世界的经济潮流中，中国与其他国家的经济贸易往来也进一步加强，签订的各方面的商务保险合同也越来越多。因为大部分商务保险合同都是采用当前通用的国际商务语言——英语，所以研究英文商务保险合同的文体特征对于我们的学习、撰写商务保险合同，推动各项商务保险合同合理有效的进行有重要的参考意义。
此篇论文以“海洋运输货物保险条款的文体分析”为题，通过具体的案例海洋运输货物保险，这一业务量最大，涉及面最广的海上保险，研究分析海洋运输货物保险条款的词汇和句法结构特点，目的是为了更好得阐述海洋运输货物保险条款的文体特点，进而将对这一个案文体特征的认识推广到对整个英文商务保险合同的语言特色的认识。

Abstract

In the three decades years of China's reform and opening up, the Chinese are blending into the world's economic tide with a fast speed. With the increasing number of trade between China and other countries, more and more business insurance contracts are designed and signed. Because the majority of business insurance contracts are drawn in English-the most commonly used international business language, it is of vital significance for us to study the stylistics of business insurance contracts, which could help leaning or designing business insurance contracts, even forwarding the reasonableness and validity of business insurance contracts.
This thesis is headed with The Stylistic Analysis of the English Ocean Marine Cargo Clauses, and studies the lexical and syntactical features of the English Ocean Marine Cargo Clauses, which involves a large number of volumes and a wide range of areas. The aim is to state the stylistic features of the English Ocean Marine Cargo Clauses, and then to have a better understanding of the stylistic features of the English business insurance contract.

Reiner Schulze points out in his book New Features in Contract Law that the English language is increasingly used in contract law. At least for international transactions English has clearly established itself as the dominant contractual language for business. Furthermore, English appears to be more commonly used in certain branches of the economy, also outside of the common law states, as the contractual language for purely international transactions.
