Abstract:

The appearance of endangered languages is a global issue, but different countries due to different conditions, different history, different characteristics and evolution of endangered languages are different. Therefore, the protection of language in the views and actions can be divided into protecting native language, bilingual education and multiligual policy. China’s protection of endangered languages should on the basis of other countries, and then explore the characteristics and evolution of China's endangered languages to make their own characteristics.

摘要:

濒危语言的出现是全球化的问题,但不同国家由于国情不同,历史不同,濒危语言的特点及其演变规律也不同,所以保护语言在观点和行动上可分为保护母语、双语教育、多语政策等。中国的濒危语言的保护应该在借鉴他国的基础上探索中国濒危语言所具有的特点和演变规律,做出自己的特色。

1. Introduction
Economic globalization and multicultural integration has become the characteristics of the present, and endangered languages attracted more and more People's attention. Endangered language refers to such language that is moving toward extinction, or the communicative occasions for using it are dwindling, and it will not be passed on to the next generation. This means when there is no new users appearing, the language is endangered.
Attention to language ecology derived from the painful lessons and deep thinking of human destruction of nature which resulted in global ecological crisis. Haugen of Stanford University, first proposed using the "language ecology" concept, it refers to the state that a specific language and its ethnic, social, cultural and geographical environment interdependent and interact mutually. The sound language ecology can contain many kinds of languages and they can interact with social environment, which is a dynamic equilibrium system.
