1. Introduction
One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest is a novel written by American writer, Ken Kesey, which is published in 1962.
This film was adopted from Kesey’s novel one flew over cuckoo`s nest. The title comes from a nursery rhyme which is recited by the narrator of the novel chief Bromen in part four, when he remembered his grand mother.
“Tingle. Tingle, tingle, tremble toes, she is a good fisherman, catches hens, puts’em ina pens...wire blierlimber lock, three geese inna flock...”one flew east, one flew east, one flew over the cuckoo`s nest...O-U-T spells out ... Goose swoops down and plucks you out.
