摘要

随着社会的不断进步和网络的不断发展，网络语言应运而生。为了节约阅读时间和空间，快速传播网络信息，在网络聊天中涌现出了大量的英语缩略词。不同的缩略词有其不同的构成形式，使得缩略词的队伍也不断壮大。这些缩略词使网络沟通变得更加便捷，更加有趣。因此，网络聊天中常用的英语缩略词将会不断增加，多样，丰富网络语言。本文主要从英语缩略词的形成原因、特征、构词特点、发展趋势及影响来探析网络聊天中常用的英语缩略词，旨在提高人们对网络聊天中的英语缩略词的正确认识及了解，促进网络间的沟通。

Abstract

With the constant progress of the society and the continuous development of network, the network language arises at the historic moment. In order to save reading time and space and spread rapidly information, a large number of English abbreviations emerge in the network chat. Different abbreviations have their different forms, which makes the abbreviation team expand. They also make network communication more convenient and more interesting. Therefore, English abbreviations in the online chat will continue to increase, diversity and rich the network language. This paper is mainly from the causes of formation, characteristics, development tendency and influences to analyze English abbreviations in network chat, aims to raise correct awareness and understanding about them and promotes the online communication.
