摘  要

众所周知,经济全球化的影响使得囯际商务谈判成为全球经贸活动必不可少的一部分。作为交际的必要部分,肢体语言可传递信息和表达某种情感或姿态,已经引起了越来越广泛的关注, 并在国际商务谈判中起着举足轻重的作用。为保证囯际商务谈判的顺利进行,了解肢体语言在不同囯家的文化环境下的意义与运用是非常有必要的。本文通过比较法、文献法以及案例分析法,从面部表情,手势,眼神和姿态四个方面,分别论述了肢体语言在实际谈判案例中发挥的重要补充作用,阐述了肢体语言对于国际商务谈判的重要意义。同时,本论文为囯际商务谈判人员提出有效可行的建议,旨在帮助人们最大限度地消除文化冲突,从而达到提高谈判效率,促成谈判的双赢结果。

Abstract

It is universally acknowledged that the economic globalization enables international business negotiation to become an indispensable part in the global economic and trade activity. Body language has attracted more and more attention. It is recognized as a way of conveying information, feelings or attitudes, necessary supplement of communication. Body language also plays a decisive role in international business negotiation. Therefore, it is necessary to figure out the meaning and utilization of body language under different cultural background in order to make the process of business negotiation smoothly. This thesis shows four aspects of body language, namely facial expression, gesture eye, behavior and posture. By using comparative study method, literature review method and cases analysis method, this thesis discusses about the importance and complementary function of body language in actual negotiations respectively. Meanwhile, the thesis also puts forward several feasible suggestions for negotiators, aiming to help people maximally eliminate cultural conflicts and improve negotiating efficiency, finally achieve win-win success.
