In the second part, there will be a review on The Dead. In the third part, the writer classifys the main images into two category, one is object image, the other is character image, and analyze them. In the forth part, through “snow” and “Gabriel”, the writer tried to explore the relationship between images and themes. In the last part, via the analysis of these images, there exists a better understanding of the themes of The Dead.
