摘要：

随着网络科技的迅速发展，网络已经逐渐成为社会文化生活中必不可少的一部分。作为一种交流的媒介，我们在使用电脑的过程中逐渐衍生出一种新的语言现象——网络英语。当今社会，网络将各式各样的信息传送给人们时，网络英语已经潜移默化地影响着人们日常生活的表达方式。本文旨在帮助英语学习者了解到更多的网络流行语，并且帮助英语学习者进一步学会如何翻译网络英语。本文从社会语言学的角度分析网络英语产生的背景及原因，并从构词法的角度分析网络英语的造词特点，以便人们更好的学习了解和掌握英语词汇和正确使用网络英语新词。了解网络英语的造词特点一方面有利于英语学习者更透彻的理解网络英语的含义。另一方面，学习和了解网络英语有利于加深英语学习者对英美国家本土文化的了解和认识，更加深刻的感受西方文化的特点。未来对网络英语的研究可以在学习语言学的基础上，广泛阅读收集国外社交网站上出现频率较高的表达方式，总结归纳其特点，以此作为对网络英语研究的依据。

Abstract:

 With the rapid development of network technology, as a medium of communication, the Internet has gradually become an essential part of social and cultural life. We have gradually derived a new language phenomenon in the process of using computer. Internet English is a language form which is accompanied by the development of the Internet. In today's society, the Internet will deliver all kinds of information to people, so the Internet has a subtle influence on people's daily life expression. From the perspective of sociolinguistics, this paper will analyze the background of the Internet English and reasons of production of the Internet English. And from the point of view of word formation, this paper will analyze the characteristics of Internet English neologism in order that letting English leaner have better understanding and use Internet English correctly. On one hand, to learn the characteristics of the Internet English is beneficial to the English learners to understand the meaning of Internet English. On the other hand, learning and understanding of the Internet English can help English learners' to have a better understanding of the Native American culture and western culture. As a new language phenomenon, the research of Internet English is relatively small. The future of Internet English study can basis on linguistics and skimming foreign social website extensively to collect those expressions of Internet English that is appear high frequency, then summarized its characteristics, as a basis for the research on Internet English. On the basis of this, this paper summarized some representative Internet English, and analyzes its background and the reasons of production, then study the characteristics of those Internet English.
