摘要

随着经济的发展，跨文化交际变得越来越频繁，对于中西方礼仪有着深远影响，形成了不同的餐桌礼仪。餐桌礼仪作为跨文化交际的一个重要沟通方式，对跨文化交际起着举足轻重的作用。本篇文章从中美国家餐桌礼仪的差异性入手,例如，不同的餐桌座次，不同的使用餐具方式，进餐顺序等等。使我们能够更好的了解中美文化的差异，促进中美跨文化交际活动的开展进行。

Abstract

 With the development of economy，cross－culture communication has become more and more close, so it has the deeply the influences of Chinese and American etiquette , that forming the differences in table manners. Table manners as an important ways of communication, plays an important role in the cross-cultural communication. This paper mainly focuses on the differences of table manners of China and American. Such as, the different ways of table setting, different ways to use table wares and order of serving and so on. In this way, we can learn more about differences about these two cultures and promote and American cross-cultural communication activities.
