摘要

本文主要研究英汉动物习语的文化差异以及应采用何种翻译技巧。搜集大量英汉动物习语对比进行研究，关注动物习语的特征和文化内涵，并具体分析英汉两大民族文化差异体现的若干方面。文章根据邓炎昌和刘润清提出的“异化为副，归化为主”的翻译原则，通过具体例子进行对比分析，提出了恰当的翻译技巧。文章得出的结论旨在强调翻译人员在双语翻译的过程中要考虑中西方文化差异，在翻译技巧上要具体问题具体分析，避免不必要的文化冲突和尴尬，真正实现友好互助的跨文化交流。
