商务英语电子邮件作为一种特殊的交流英语在商业活动中起着非常重要的作用，而词汇又是影响交流效果的一个主要方面。这篇论文对商务英语电子邮件的词汇特点进行深入研究，从四个方面进行分析:普通单词的选择；具体单词的选择；商务术语的选择及积极性单词选择。本文可以使读者更深入地了解商务英语电子邮件的词汇特点及词汇的使用在电子邮件中的重要性，从而撰写出更好的商务英语电子邮件，在国际贸易和合作中发挥更大的作用。

Abstract

Business English e-mails which serve as a special kind of communication play a major role in business activities. But the lexicon is a major aspect to influence the effect of communication. The paper deeply analyzes the lexical features of business English e-mails from four aspects. They are the choice of common words; the choice of concrete words; the choice of business terms and the choice of positive words. The paper can help readers further understand the importance of lexicons in business English e-mails and create better e-mails and so that business English e-mails may play a more and more important role in international trades and cooperation.
