商务言语交际与非言语交际中的礼仪研究_英语论文

A Study of Etiquette in Business Verbal and Nonverbal Communication

摘要

在全球经济一体化的背景下,跨文化商务交际的作用越发凸显。而礼仪作为其中的一部分,其作用更是不可忽视。21世纪,国际合作日益频繁和广泛,增强跨文化商务交际的能力显得尤为重要,同时我们也需要加强自身的礼仪意识,因为礼仪意识也是跨文化商务交际能力中不容忽视的一部分。   

本文采用了文献研究法,个案研究法和系统科学研究方法,通过分析礼仪在商务交际中的发展历程,礼仪在商务交际中的部分基本原则以及礼仪在跨文化商务领域中言语交际与非言语交际两方面的具体表现来强调礼仪的重要性。学习者通过学习也能了解到礼仪的重要性,进而在商务领域中规避自己不合礼仪的言行,从而也能提高跨文化交际中的工作效率。

Abstract

Intercultural business communication is becoming more and more important in global economic integration. At the same time, we can not ignore the role of etiquette that is indispensable part of intercultural business communication. In the 21st century, it is necessary for us to improve ability to communicate with others in intercultural business. In addition, it is also particularly important for us to improve our etiquette consciousness. Because this consciousness is one part of ability to communicate with others.

The main research methods of this thesis include literature research and case analysis method. The paper emphasizes the importance of etiquette through analyzing development of etiquette in business communication, several basic principles and specific aspects of etiquette in business verbal and nonverbal communication. It can help us to understand the importance of etiquette to avoid inappropriate behaviors in business areas, so as to improve effectiveness of intercultural communication.
