中美家庭财富管理规划的比较研究_英语论文

A Comparative Study on the Wealth Management Project in China and the United States

摘要

改革开放30余年来,中国经济高速发展,现已成长为全球第二大经济体。财富累积越多,家庭对于财富的优化管理的需求就越高。本课题主要研究中美两国家庭在财富管理上的差异及其产生的原因,从而为国内商业银行更好地开展家庭财富管理服务提供借鉴与建议。本课题先主要介绍了家庭财富的种类和特性,并分析了影响家庭财富管理规划的因素主要分为家庭内部因素和外部金融环境。

本课题采取对比分析的方法,先分别针对美国与中国家庭财富管理结构的现状进行分析,再通过分析两国家庭财富管理风险偏好,发现中国家庭的存款储蓄等无风险资产比重高而风险性资产比重低,美国则是无风险资产比重低而风险性资产比重高,进而将两国家庭的财富管理结构现状进行了分析,并试图得出差异产生的原因,主要在以下三个方面:中美两国的社保制度、中美两国的投资环境和中美两国的投资者观念。最后,针对我国商业银行开展家庭财富管理业务提出了自己的建议,主要有以下三点:国内商业银行需要树立以客户为中心的经营意识;国内商业银行需要加强客户信息的管理与分析,打造精品理财品牌;国内商业银行需要创新金融产品与服务。本课题的研究意义在于指导我国家庭进行合理的家庭财富管理规划、对于我国商业银行不断创新金融工具,开拓业务新领域具有理论和实践意义。

Abstract

After 30 years’ reform and opening up, China has witnessed a rapid economic development, which has grown to become the world's second largest economy. The more the wealth accumulated, the more the demand of the wealth management would have. This paper mainly studies the differences in wealth management between China and the United States and the reasons for them, so as to provide references and suggestions for domestic commercial banks to carry out better family wealth management services. This paper introduces the species and characteristics of family wealth, and analyzes the factors that affect the family wealth management which can be divided into internal family factors and external financial environment. 

This paper adopts the method of comparative analysis to analyze the current situation of wealth management structure in the United States and China respectively. By analyzing the risk preference of family wealth management in the two countries, it is found that the proportion of risk-free assets such as saving deposits of Chinese households is high and the proportion of risky assets of the United States is high. Then, the comparison of Sino-US wealth management status quo was analyzed, and this paper comes to the reasons for the differences, mainly in the following three aspects, the Sino-US social security system, the Sino-US investment environment and the Sino-US investment concept. Finally, in view of Chinese commercial banks carrying out family wealth management business, this paper gives them some recommendations, mainly the following three points, domestic commercial banks need to establish a customer-centric business awareness; domestic commercial banks need to strengthen customer information management and analysis; domestic commercial banks need to innovate financial products and services. The significance of this research has theoretical and practical significance to guide our families to carry out rational family wealth management, to help our commercial banks continue to innovate financial instruments, and open up new areas of business.
