An Analysis of Subtitle Translation of Sherlock from the Perspective of Rewriting Theory_英语论文

摘要

随着英美影视作品的兴起，大量的欧美影视作品涌入中国市场，影视剧字幕的翻译因此受到国内外的深刻重视。随着生活节奏的加快，影视字幕的翻译也随之产生了一些不同于传统影视字幕翻译方法的特点。

本篇从勒菲弗尔的改写理论出发，分析了《神探夏洛克》中所用的字幕翻译的方法。影响字幕翻译的因素主要有两个，主流意识形态和诗学。在主流意识形态和诗学的影响之下，翻译人员通过将字幕改写成歇后语、古诗文以及流行语来吸引中国观众，有助于对英美影视字幕翻译中的改写现象做出合理的解释。
