摘要

随着社会经济的日渐发展，中国和其他各国在经济上的联系日渐紧密。因此，在当今国际经济交流与协作中，商务英语翻译日趋重要。同时商务英语中专业术语的翻译在商务英语翻译中也尤为重要。虽然中国的翻译已经有很久远的历史并且很多专家学者也提出了相对应一系列的研究，然而在商务英语方面的造诣却很少。而在国外，奈达的功能对等理论是最具影响力的，至今仍旧影响着世界上的许多专家学者，为此他们正在做更深入的研究。因此，本文将以商务英语中的专业术语为语料来探求功能对等理论在商务英语专业术语翻译中的重要指导意义。

奈达提出的功能对等理论是将重点放在读者对译文的反应上，并找出与原文最为贴近的自然语以此达到理想状态的翻译。如今面对着商务英语的地位日益高涨的形势，笔者认为商务英语的翻译应该有更加系统的理论来指导，为此我们应做更深入的研究。自然而然，其专业术语的翻译也是同样的。因此，本文试图用奈达的功能对等理论来引导商务英语中专业术语的翻译，以此使得这种研究对商务英语中专业术语的翻译起到一定的理论指导意义以及可操作意义。
