Factors Influencing Employees’ Motivation and Their Application

摘要

激励是企业根据职位评价和绩效考核结果,设计科学的薪酬管理系统,以一定的行为规范和惩罚性措施,借助信息沟通,来激发、引导和规范企业员工的行为,以有效实现企业及其员工个人目标的系统活动。在经济发展中,劳动分工与交易的出现带来了激励问题。激励理论是行为科学中用于处理需要、动机、目标和行为四者之间关系的核心理论。激励是激发员工动机,提高员工工作积极性的重要手段。充分认识并灵活应用各种激励因素,有助于企业组织目标的实现以及良好组织文化的形成。在激励的应用过程中,应遵循激励的原则,注意激励对员工的针对性。本文分析了企业存在的激励问题,介绍了不同激励因素对员工的影响,并结合具体案例阐释了企业运用激励机制的重要性。

Abstract

Motivation is a systematic activity which is used to motivate, lead and standardize the employees’ behavior by designing a scientific compensation management system and definite code of conduct, communicating of the information, so that the company and the employees can achieve their goals. During the development of economy, the problems of motivation arose due to the appearance of labor division and trade. Motivation theory is the core theory which is used to deal with the relationships of needs, motivations, goals and behaviors in behavioral science. Motivation is an important approach to stimulate the employees’ intention and improve the working enthusiasm of employees. Being familiar with and applying different motivation factors contribute to the realization of the company’s goals and the formation of favorable enterprise culture. During the process of applying the motivation, the company should follow the motivating principle and pay attention to the pertinence of motivation. This paper is written to analyze the motivating problems of the enterprises and introduce the effect to the employees of different motivation factors and expound the importance of applying motivation system with specific case.
