论英语经贸契约中介词的用法及翻译_英语论文

An Analysis on the Usage and Translation of Prepositions in Business English Contracts 

摘要

改革开放以来，我国的对外贸易不断发展，与外国的经济贸易往来日趋频繁。经贸合同对达成一笔交易起着重要的作。合同中介词和介词短语的大量使用，使得合同条款变得异常复杂和难以理解，而对合同准确的理解及掌握是对我们最基本的要求，故如何正确理解合同中的介词对外贸人员来说至关重要。本文主要从介词用法特点入手讨论，对介词及介词短语翻译的方法进行分析，且提出了行之有效的改进方法。

Abstract

Since the reforming and opening up, China's foreign trade is gradually developing, the economic cooperation between China and other countries in the world is increasing frequent，so English business contract plays an important role on a deal. The extensive uses of prepositions in the contract make it very complex and hard to understand, and it is essential for the foreign traders to understand and master the contract accurately. This paper is going to analyze the usage of prepositions according to its characteristics and put forward some effective measures to improve the current usage of prepositions.
