摘  要

商务合同英语即是为了能够准确严密地规约当事人的权利、义务和责任而采用的一种文体形式，研究商务合同英语的语言特色和翻译技巧，就是为了在英译商务英语合同时能恰当、得体、准确地表达。熟悉商务合同英语的语言特色和翻译技巧，可以促进我国国际贸易的交流与合作。本文主要探讨了商务合同英语的语言特征及其翻译，共分为五个部分。第一部分介绍了商务合同英语的概念和基本定义。第二部分分析了商务合同英语的特点，其中包含的词汇特征和句法特征。第三部分阐述了英语商务合同的翻译原则：忠实原则、准确原则、一致原则。第四部分介绍了商务合同英语的翻译实践原理。最后一部分总结了商务合同英语的语言特点和熟悉商务合同英语翻译技巧的必要性。

Abstract

Business Contract English is a style adopted to accurately define the statute rights, obligations and responsibilities of the parties. Studying the characteristics of business contracts and the corresponding translating skills is to achieve a proper, decent and accurate expression in the English translation of business contracts. A Familiarity with the language features and translating skills of business contracts can promote the international trades and cooperation. This paper discusses the characteristics of business contracts and its translation, which can be divided into five parts. The first part introduces the concept and basics of business contract English. The second part analyzes the features of business contract English, containing lexical features and syntactic features. The third part describes the principles of translation of business contract English: the principle of faith, the principle of accuracy, the principle of consistency. The fourth part states the translation practice of business contract English. The final part summarizes the characteristics of business contracts English and the necessity of being familiar with the business contract English translation skills. Business contract English is regarded as a special style which has its own language features, functions, special translation principles and translation methods. Through the study of English business contract translation, we need not only the knowledge of theory but the knowledge of practical methods, which will help us better understand it, especially the background professional information.

1 Introduction

With foreign trade has become so much more frequently, we have got more and more opportunities and Foreign Company and foreign business scale expanding cooperation. Therefore, it has become a pressing matter of the moment of the drafting, negotiation and signing the contract. "The business contract", both sides have the binding force of law, he is by the natural or legal persons, in order to realize certain legal procedures, duty business objectives to obtain certain rights and perform for each other to sign the agreement.
