摘要

随着我国改革开放进程的加快和加入WTO后世界一体化的加强，跨国公司、外贸企业如雨后春笋般在我国兴起。而会计作为国内、国外经济沟通的桥梁，就更加需要保持语言沟通上的一致性。会计英语就此出现，并且在经济全球化趋势下起着越来越重要的作用。运用会计英语进行会计理论方法的学习和企业经济的交流，成为一种全球趋势，这就需要我们更好的研究和学习会计英语。
本篇论文从四个部分研究会计英语。第一部分介绍了国内会计英语的学习现状和会计英语翻译的研究历程。第二部分详细分析了会计英语的语言特点，归纳总结了会计英语在词法、句法和篇章方面的具体特征。第三部分针对会计英语的各个语言特点分析总结了其翻译策略。第四部分归纳整理了整篇文章所研究的问题及解决方法。系统的概述了研究会计英语的重要性，以及对会计英语未来发展的展望。

Abstract

With the speeding up of the process of China's reform and opening up, also the the strengthening of globalization after joining WTO, the multinational companies and foreign trade enterprises are sprung up in our country. As the bridge of the domestic and foreign economic, accounting is more need to keep the consistency on the language communication. Accounting English is came out, and under the trend of economic globalization, accounting plays an increasingly important role in the economic world. Using English to learn accounting theory and to exchange enterprise’ economic, is become a global trend. This required us to better research and study accounting English. 
The thesis consists of four parts to research accounting English. The first part introduces the current situation in China about the accounting English and the study course of E-C accounting English translation. The second part analyzes the language features of accounting English, summarized the characteristic of accounting English in lexical, syntactic and textual. The third part analysis the translation strategies for various language characteristics of accounting English. The fourth part sums up the whole article, overview the importance of study  accounting English in a system way, also look into the distance development of accounting English.

1.    Introduction
Accounting is a basic and important element in modern business, also is one of the fastest growing areas in the modern business world. With the deepening and speeding of the economic globalization, there has been ever-increasing international business intercourse consequently, so it is become increasingly popular that accounting is becoming the backbone of the economy. It plays an important and indispensable role in the economic field, and is closely related to our daily life. With the reform and opening up policy, China's accounting practices is faces of unprecedented opportunities and challenges.
This paper will starts from the introduction to talk about the situation and a brief review of accounting English in China. And goes all the ways to the other three chapters. Chapter One is written about the demonstration of the linguistic features of accounting English. As a kind of English for Special Purpose, accounting English literature shows some particular features. Chapter two is written about the main method for E-C translation in accounting English. Chapter three is to talk about our purposes on this paper.
