 商务英语合同是一种法律文件，被广泛地使用在益频繁贸易中。用词规范正式、强调其准确性是商务英语合同最突出的特点，因为它与贸易双方的利益直接相关，因此，商务英语合同要求要措辞必须准确、语言流畅、明白易懂，本文将通过一些案例来探讨商务英语合同的语言特点和相关的翻译技巧。

Abstract

Business English contract, as a kind of legal document, is widely used in the international trades. The most outstanding figure is that the words it adopts are quite formal and appropriate because it is closely related to the benefit of each other in the trade. So the translation of the contract must be accurate and the sentence must be fluent and easy understanding. This article studies the linguistic style of the business English contract and gives some translation skills of it through some typical cases.
