目的论视角下英语儿童文学的汉译研究-以《夏洛的网》为例_英语论文

On E-C Translation of English Children’s Literature from the Perspective of Skopos Theory—A Case Study of Charlotte’s Web 

摘要

儿童文学作为文学中一个非常独特的分支，有着其特殊的目标读者和文学特点。近年来，国内外众多学者从不同角度对儿童文学的翻译进行了不断探索，并取得了许多重要成果。但是，从文学翻译的整体角度来看，儿童文学的翻译仍然处于边缘位置。

本文结合儿童文学的特点，以《夏洛的网》中文译本为文本基础，分析功能目的论在英语儿童文学汉译中的应用，并分别探讨了目的论三大原则，即目的原则、连贯原则以及忠实原则在《夏洛的网》中文译本中的体现，希望能为儿童文学翻译提供一些借鉴。

Abstract

As a very unique branch of literature, children’s literature has special target audience and literary characteristics. In recent years, many scholars abroad and at home have been exploring the translation of children’s literature from different perspectives, and have achieved many important results. However, from the overall perspective of literary translation, the translation of children’s literature is still in marginalized status.

Based on the Chinese versions of Charlotte’s Web and the characteristics of children’s literature, this paper analyzes the application of Skopos Theory in the Chinese translation of English children’s literature, and discusses the embodiment of the three principles respectively, namely, the Skopos rule, the coherence rule and the fidelity rule in the Chinese version of Charlotte’s web, hoping to provide some references for the translation of children’s literature.
